Boutique commercial property investment leasing firm Fivex Commercial Property has released nearly 9000m² of prime office space opposite Flinders Street Station. The release of 2 Elizabeth Street follows the Commonwealth Bank call centre’s move to Australand’s former ASX home at 357 Collins Street after nearly 40 years tenancy. Fivex director Lesli Berger said the building known as Riverview would be rebadged as Melbourne Square and fully refurbished to offer A-grade office accommodation ranging in size from less than 100m² to 1800m² full floors. Savills Australia and Jones Lang LaSalle are marketing the property.
